Allow me to explain (quickly though, as we're cooking pheasant).
It wasn't my plan to declare anything for anyone, but when I stupidly mentioned to my housemate that she was in Edinburgh for New Years he decided we were going to head there and he was going to make me make the aforementioned declaration.
Personally, I don't think I will. I may still be going to Edinburgh for New Years though.
